As a client, you understand that you are paying for a digital item. No physical item will be delivered to you.
All prices, except for reactive PNG commissions, are for personal use only.
I do not start any commission until payment is received in full.
Revisions vary for each commission, so please read the commission details. Additional revisions are subject to additional charges.
Full refunds are allowed if the commission has not been started. Partial refunds are allowed if a sketch has been provided. Once the commission reaches the final stages of line art or coloring, I am unable to provide any refunds.
You cannot claim any commissioned work as your own; I retain full copyright to all designs.
If you request the use of specific images in the commission design, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have permission to use said images. I am not responsible for any DMCA claims or takedowns.・❥ USAGE OF COMMISSIONED WORK
Outside of reactive PNG commissions, the work is for personal use only.
You cannot monetize the work in any way, shape, or form without exclusive written permission from me.
Reactive commissions include commercial usage for streaming purposes, allowing you to generate profit during said streams (via subscriptions, donations, YouTube monetization, etc.).
When using the commissioned art for schedules, stream announcements, personal profile pictures, or including it in banners (Twitter, YouTube, Twitch), you must mention me as the artist, using any of the following: my Twitter handle, Instagram handle, or VTuber name.
However, you cannot use the specific art for commercial purposes such as reselling or selling merchandise with the art on it. Commercial usage is strictly limited to streaming purposes only.
Under no circumstances are any commissioned works, even commercial ones, authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or for any AI learning technology.
If you file a chargeback via PayPal or any other payment processor after receiving a completed commission, you immediately forfeit any right to use the completed commission, including but not limited to personal use, use in headers, banners, web design, icons, commercial use, and streaming use, etc. Any use of a completed commission after issuing a chargeback is subject to DMCA takedown. Additionally, you will be permanently blacklisted from receiving any commission work from me in the future.
